We are an AAHA-accredited, 2-doctor veterinary practice in Portsmouth, VA, offering Primary Care, Surgery, and Dentistry services. We see canine and feline patients and are open weekdays 8am-6pm, Saturdays 8am-1pm, closed Sundays. We have a great team and work-life balance is a priority

About the Role
As LVT, you will help create and maintain a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our patients and clients
Duties will include:
Compassionate patient care
Client education and care
Venipuncture and catheter placement
Radiology and diagnostics
Lab sample collection and processing
Anesthesia
Surgical assistance
Dentistry
Medication preparation and administration
Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
Medical recordkeeping
Compensation for this role is based on level of relevant skill, experience, education and credentials, up to $25/hr. This is in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Virginia Veterinary Technician license required.
