Warranty
Claim Coordinator.

The
Warranty
Claim Coordinator is a vital contributor to the overall success of our client company's customers.

This role will have a strong focus on Quality Control (detecting issues), inspecting products, evaluating and communicating about product quality issues, coordinating replacement products, and a variety of documentation.

Use of technology and software is a regular part of this work.

This job requires an individual who has a strong communication skillset (verbally and in writing), has previous experience in a quality control/inspections type of position and has good professional acumen.

Job Details:


  • Meticulously inspect replacement products and customer claims (issues) with precision and care; actively working to identify the issue, partner with manufacturers for resolutions and communicating quality issues to the broader team.
  • Opening product boxes to thoroughly check for defects and quality issues, leveraging handheld devices to capture detailed images and escalating them as necessary.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with manufacturers and their designated warranty/claims representatives.
  • Analyze problems, identify trends and collaborate with team to identify strategy for resolution.
  • Coordinating with team to ship replacement products, documenting replacement (photos) and shipment details to customers.
  • Partner with the Claims team on special projects, audits and reports that may be periodically done to ensure inventory product quality.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma Required
  • Some college or an Associate's Degree would be beneficial
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Quality Control, Claims or Warranty Administration type of position
  • Very strong communication skillset, both written and verbally
  • Demonstrated experience in roles with a high degree of detail orientation and information management.

Additional Considerations:


  • Position requires regular routines of walking, standing, and climbing stairs in an unairconditioned warehouse facility.
  • Lifting 1535lbs in this role is fairly common.
  • The ability to work with handheld devices like an iPad or Tablet and read text on screens is part of the job requirements.

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
