Creating Fascination: Your Responsibilities

  • Leading the PLD/FPGA Development Team (currently 13 employees) in electronic software development for Liebherr Aerospace
  • Managing the technical and disciplinary aspects of the team
  • Developing employees - from recruitment to promotion
  • Ensuring smooth and high-quality PLD/FPGA development in international agile teams within the Aerospace division
  • Organizing, defining, and improving PLD/FPGA development processes, workflows, and resources
  • Working closely with the PLD/FPGA test team to develop and implement an efficient certification strategy
  • Continuously improving the PLD/FPGA tool landscape
  • Participating in customer reviews and regulatory audits
  • Managing and monitoring suppliers

Bringing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in PLD/FPGA development using modern techniques for development, testing, and simulation
  • Prior experience in technical or disciplinary management preferred
  • Passion for quality and developing aviation products or other regulated PLD/FPGA products (e.g. automotive, medical)
