Position Summary:

As a Field Investigator, you will conduct a variety of assignments, including online research, background checks, surveillance, and witness interviews, primarily focusing on the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

This role demands a high level of self-management, research skill, and the ability to conduct field-related investigations with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online and field research, including door knocks, scene canvassing, and service of legal papers.
• Perform surveillance, witness contacts, and interviews.
• Manage assigned tasks, analyze evidence, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Fulfill administrative duties, including data entry, handling calls, and liaising with clients and vendors.
• Support Case Managers and the Investigations Manager as needed.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) experience in insurance claims (required).
• Experience in private investigations and/or as a Registered Process Server (preferred).
• Notary Public, Licensed Private Investigator (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work variable shifts, sit or stand for long periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, leaning, and reaching.

Must be able to carry or lift items up to 25 pounds.
