    Description

    TRENTINI is actively seeking a dedicated leader to join our team with a strong passion and clear purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, our company sets the standard for excellence. This role involves mastering our client service process for an established base of 2,000 businesses, expanding connections to acquire new clients through referrals and leads, and leading a small team in executing these responsibilities. As you gain expertise in training your team, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, utilizing our established systems and processes.

    • Service and maintain relationships with current client base
    • Explore new business prospects in the B2B sector
    • Supervise team activities and ensure targets are met
    • Provide training and support to new team members on existing systems
    • Submit daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting others and cultivating relationships
    • Background in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement interest
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before promotion
