HERE YOU WILL WORK:


For our client, a sustainable and well-known import company in the food industry, we are looking for a Junior Accounting Specialist for direct placement.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • In your role, you will support the timely and accurate booking of all business transactions, including those in US dollars, while adhering to current accounting guidelines.
  • You will also assist in processing incoming invoices, updating accounts receivable, and issuing invoices.
  • Additionally, you will support the team in preparing balance sheets, including income statements and other financial statements in accordance with current accounting standards.
  • You will also maintain the results in the journal, create monthly reports, and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Finally, you will continuously maintain the general and fixed asset accounts, assist in creating budgettoactual comparisons, and perform other administrative accounting tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
