    Job Description: Temporary Docket Specialist

    Location: Sacramento, CA (Fully Remote Option Available)

    Full Time: Yes

    Salary: $40-$50 per hour

    Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Temporary Docket Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-level docket processes, especially during the transition from Compulaw to Court Alerts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle high-level docket issues and review litigation dockets.
    • Support the transition from Compulaw to Court Alerts.
    • Utilize Court Alerts for effective docket management and ensure accuracy in all entries.
    • Work closely with the Docket team to manage and update court calendars.
    • Assist in litigation docket processes and ensure adherence to court rules and deadlines.

    Qualifications:

    • 8-10 years of experience in high-level docket management.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in using Court Alerts.
    • Solid grasp of litigation docket procedures and court regulations.
    • Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
