    Job DescriptionTerlato Wine Group a family owned business is a holding company operating multiple businesses specializing in the marketing and production of exceptional wines. The flagship company is Paterno Wines International, the leading marketer of luxury wines in the US. With a global portfolio of brands from 25 world class wine producers, Paterno markets more than 1 out of every 8 bottles of wine over $14 in America. The Group holds the family investments in vineyards, wine production joint ventures and wineries in some of the worlds esteemed wine regions.Principal Job Responsibilities
    • Preparation of Corporation, Partnership, LLC and S Corp Returns and supporting schedules used for compliance purposes.
    • Preparation of Sales & Use Tax Returns for multiple entities.
    • Various research and planning projects.
    • Preparation and processing of various federal, state, and local quarterly estimated payments and annual filings.
    • Preparation of beverage excise tax returns on an as needed basis.
    • Respond to notices from taxing authorities regarding multiple areas of Tax.

    Requirements

    • Four-year degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university.
    • From 1 to 3 years' experience in tax field.
    • Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. user skills.
    • NetSuite experience a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to prioritize tasks.
    • Must be able to work independently.
