IT Manager
Job Summary:
The IT Manager oversees the implementation, maintenance, and security of all information technology systems within the organization. They collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective use of technology to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance productivity, efficiency, and innovation.

System Administration: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.

Security Management: Implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and tools to protect organizational data and systems from cyber threats and breaches.

Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective IT solutions.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the IT budget, including forecasting expenses, allocating resources, and optimizing spending. This includes implementation of tracking system for computer equipment.

Project Management: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

User Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to IT security, HIPPA, data privacy, and technology usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Indepth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security principles.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
Salary:
$80,000 - $90,000
