Job Description:

The Challenge:

Strategic Change Planning:

Leading the development and implementation of strategic change initiatives in line with the overall FEH strategy and making decisions on the sequence and prioritization of transformation projects.


Change Management:

Developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure the seamless adoption of transformation initiatives across the FEH area and making decisions on communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder involvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with relevant markets and teams to ensure that transformation initiatives align with the goals of the business unit and making decisions to coordinate cross-functional collaboration.


Talent Development and Training:

Working with the HR department to develop training programs to enhance the skills and abilities of the workforce in line with transformation goals, and making decisions on talent development initiatives and learning resources.


A convincing background:
Master's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in transformation management, change management, or a strategic planning role.
Certifications in project management or change management are advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in English and German - additional languages are a plus.
Ability to lead organizational change initiatives and drive cultural change. Advanced project management skills to monitor complex transformation projects.
Strategic planning skills to align transformation initiatives with FEH goals.
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Forward-thinking and innovative approach to drive continuous improvement.
