About this role:


In this role, you will:


  • Support Home Lending's strategic priority of focusing on WIM / Affluent customers.
  • Provide new perspectives and concepts that enhance and differentiate how we serve WIM / Affluent customers.
  • Develop and oversee key initiatives for WIM / Affluent customers and manage performance and growth.
  • Independently own deliverable development (from planning to socialization) for senior management
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including Home Lending leadership, WIM / CSBB leadership, and Risk & Control partners.
  • Contribute creative strategic thinking and lead crossfunctional teams (e.g., analytics, finance, business) to define and execute on key business initiatives.
  • Use a factbased approach to solve problems.
  • Manage internal messaging to business leadership and governance forums.

Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:


  • Understanding needs and expectations of affluent and highnetworth customers and the individuals that serve these customers.
  • Experience developing and executing strategies for affluent and highnetworth customer segments for leading financial services firms (e.g., relationship pricing, differentiated products)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Home Lending, WIM, CSBB business.
  • Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes.
  • Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to manage complex data and reporting projects requiring coordination of resources at different levels both internally and externally.

  • NYC: $133,300 to $237,1000
  • Summit, NJ $$133,300 to $237,1000
  • Wilmington, DE $122,200 to $217,200
  • Other locations: $111,100 to $197,500
