Your tasks:

  • Technical preparation of orders for production
  • Verification of customer orders regarding production feasibility
  • Order calculation with optimal production process and recording of associated pre-costs for tools, lithography, etc.
  • Planning and triggering of preliminary material orders as well as stocking of materials
  • Creation and maintenance of product and production-related master data
  • Collaboration with the sales department regarding all production and manufacturing-related inquiries
  • Ensuring the complete fulfillment of all customer specifications by choosing and specifying suitable production processes
  • Standardization in the individual production technologies and steps within the framework of best practice and process standardization

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical studies or training as a technician or printing and media specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in order preparation or calculation in the graphic industry or paper processing industry
  • Knowledge of printing and finishing processes, packaging and paper specifications
  • Good English skills (min. B1) and very good German skills in spoken and written form
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good knowledge of handling IT systems
  • Service orientation and high resilience
  • Structured work and the ability to organize projects
