Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders for drinks and food
- Serve drinks according to the bar's recipes
- Ensure that all drinks are served in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to any complaints
- Ensure that all safety and sanitation regulations are followed
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, including the ability to understand and memorize a wide variety of recipes.
- Understanding of various spirits and their characteristics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waitress in a bar or restaurant
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$7.00 - $23.00 per hour
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
Restaurant Experience: 3 years (required)
