Job summary

The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including office operations and executive support. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Point person on all office operation needs (i.e. project/construction management, repairs, maintenance, improvements, processes)
  • Leads project management responsibilities and on-site support of construction and other office projects as needed
  • Builds relationships with vendors, building staff and management to ensure office safety
