- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients upon request
- Handle all client inquiries originating from calls in a call center environment
- Process lost policy release forms
- Manage account documentation including ERM 14 forms
- Collaborate with insurance underwriters
- Engage in personal and professional development initiatives
- Execute specific duties and projects assigned by management
- Provide sales support when required
- 1-2 years of commercial insurance account management experience
- Illinois property/casualty license or willingness to acquire it within 60 days of hire
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for details
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing insurance coverages, forms, and policies
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with EPIC
