Your Responsibilities

  • Work with a team to shape the future of retail banking for savings banks or cooperative banks - from strategy to implementation for our clients.
  • Immerse yourself in the transformation of banks and develop new solutions for in-person and digital sales - from customer segmentation to operational implementation. Design new, omni-channel sales processes and put them into effect.
  • In project work, you will establish new technologies and technically supported sales tools such as omni-channel sales platforms and smart data solutions to support our clients in achieving their goals and make a positive contribution to change.
  • As you gain more experience, you will take on more responsibility and manage first sub-projects, lead project colleagues, and increasingly contribute to acquisitions.
