    Job DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Business Account Manager at Texas Tissue Converting.

    The Business Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

    They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.

    Do you have the skill set and connections within the Retail Markets? Big box store experience? This could put you at the top of the listQualificationsProven experience in account management or sales in retail Industry a mustStrong Communication and interpersonal skills a must.

    Ability to build and maintain relationships with customersExcellent problem-solving and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareKnowledge of the paper products industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
