We are seeking a talented and experienced part time teacher to join our team and help K-12 students achieve academic success.

Afternoon position 2pm to 5pm. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions. You will work closely with students to identify their learning needs, create personalized lesson plans, and track their progress. The program is a year-round program and this is "not" a summer job.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct oneonone or small group tutoring sessions with K12 students
• Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to students' learning needs
• Monitor and track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Communicate with parents and teachers to provide updates on students' progress
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters students' intellectual growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in tutoring K12 students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and teaching materials
• Patient and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type:

From $30.00 per hour

• After school
• Weekends as needed

• Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
