**We are looking for reinforcements to further develop and optimize the database of Allianz Business Systems (ABS) in Wayne, WV. The continuous development of ABS and migrations from classic systems to ABS provide a technically and professionally exciting environment. The central DB2 database is over 30TB in size and is used by over 12,000 clerks and many web services. Countless batch jobs run in the background. Our DB expert team requires a high level of personal responsibility and good collaboration. Our team works in a hybrid model (partially in the office in Unterföhring, partially from home).

Responsibilities:


  • You work in a team in all areas of database development, including creating operational concepts and operational control
  • You support tools and utilities in the DB environment and create scripts for automating workflows
  • You advise and accompany business projects from data modeling to technical implementation in test databases, test data provisioning, and deployment in the production
