    Description
    Large organization that serves it scommunity is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support the Payroll team. Work together with the Payroll, IT, and HR departments as necessary to guarantee the accuracy and consistency of payroll data concerning new hires, terminations, transfers, and allocations. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

    -

    Responsibilities:
    • Address user requests or concerns by troubleshooting and resolving system and data issues.
    • Conduct regular system upkeep, including maintaining error logs and resolving data and interface discrepancies.
    • Test system modifications, upload data, and securely save transactions within the HRMS system.
    • Create and update training materials for the Timekeeping system.
    • Oversee and verify data integrity in HR and Payroll databases through regular audits.
    • Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports using single or multi-database systems. Prepare and distribute various payroll reports to management and other stakeholders as required.
    • Compliance: Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency. Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and productivity.
    Requirements
    • Associatess degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll systeps, preferably in a large company or corporate environment.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Experience with in-house payroll systems and software.
    • Proficiency in report writing and data analysis using single or multi-database systems.
    • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
