If so, we want to talk to you We are hiring outside sales professionals to represent whole home solutions in HVAC, Plumbing, Water Treatment, and Indoor Air Quality.

Primary responsibilities include meeting with homeowners to provide a whole home evaluation, managing a pipeline of both company-provided and self-generated leads, and achieving personal and Company goals and KPI's.

Successful Comfort Advisors have exceptional communication, presentation, and follow-up skills, and are able to establish rapport, trust, and close sales within one appointment.


CORE FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • The Comfort Advisor is responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals through top performance and over the top customer service, all the while building our brand and fostering customer loyalty and retention
  • Achieves sales, gross profit dollars, and gross profit percentage
  • Actively, aggressively and consistently calls on all leads (generated by organic marketing, such as TV, Radio, Internet, Billboards, and Newspaper); follows up on all nonclosed leads
  • Develops a relationship with customers by providing professional representation, conducting client needs assessments, and providing effective solutions to meet customer needs
  • Prepares customer quotes and follows up until resolution
  • Responsible for understanding and building value for selling home comfort, and reinforcing our brand and competitive advantage in our local marketplace
  • Handles all client issues through satisfactory resolution
  • Responsible for accurate and timely paperwork
  • Maintains highest ethical standards consistent with good judgment and company policy

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to work nights and weekends (based on oncall schedule and seasonal needs)
  • Capable of working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat
  • Must be able to crawl, kneel, and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to carry a mediumsized ladder and operate in tight spaces (such as an attic)

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • HS Diploma; prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of successful HVAC sales experience; or equivalent
  • Demonstrated strong closing ratios for new and current business and proven success in outside sales; selfstarter with a sense of urgency and desire to close business and satisfy customers'
  • Ability to explain financing programs through lenders
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook (Word and Excel); IPad and CRM experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written; effective presentation skills; exceptional customer service skills and strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment; ability to multitask
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, good driving record and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a criminal background check

Pay:
$75, $200,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:


  • Sales: 3 years (preferred)
  • HVAC/
Plumbing Sales: 2 years (preferred)
