ABOUT FARE
JOB SUMMARY
The M&E Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the organizational impact of FARE by supporting the development and implementation of effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning initiatives.
This individual will work closely with various teams within the organization to ensure that programs and projects are assessed and adapted based on evidence and insights.
The M&E Manager will contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Design and implement M&E frameworks that integrate Salesforce, Tableau, Jotform, or other platforms to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Design and conduct surveys, baseline studies, midterm evaluations, and endofproject assessments.
- Provide training to build capacity and support staff on M&E methodologies and best practices.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize advanced statistical methods and data analysis techniques within Salesforce and Tableau to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive program improvements and decisionmaking.
- Design and maintain robust data management systems to ensure accurate data collection, storage, and retrieval processes that support monitoring and evaluation activities.
Research:
- Conduct research to inform evidencebased decisionmaking and to assess the effectiveness of interventions, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Prepare detailed reports utilizing Salesforce reports and Tableau visualizations to support research findings.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present clear and concise reports on program performance and impact using Tableau or comparable platforms for visualizing data and creating interactive dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement based on research and evaluation findings.
- Collaborate with communication teams to disseminate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in a variety of data collection and analysis tools.
- Excellent grasp on Project Management tools and tech advancements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
- Knowledge of food allergy issues or related health issues is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation).
- Minimum of 79 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning roles, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
Pay:
$94,000.00 per year
