We are currently seeking reliable Call Center Agents with experience in Telesales for our client.

Location: Boulder, COResponsibilities:

  • Assisting customers over the phone
  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls
  • Documenting customer conversations
  • Providing information through chat
  • Entering customer data into computer systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in German and basic knowledge of English
  • Proficient in using computers
  • Flexible availability to work between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
