Cold Brew Production Manager - Phoenix, United States - Coffee Support

Description

As the cold brew manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire cold brew production process, from sourcing high-quality coffee beans to creating perfect brews that our customers will love.

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for cold brew.

• Manage the entire cold brew production process, including sourcing coffee beans, monitoring brew times, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement brewing recipes to achieve consistently delicious cold brew.
• Train and supervise a team in the cold brew production process, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular taste tests to ensure the flavor profile of our cold brews meets our customers' expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new cold brew flavors and promote seasonal offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted supply of coffee beans and materials.
• Maintain clean and organized brewing equipment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Understand and create SOPs and maintenance for equipment
• SQF Practitioner (will train)
• PCQI (will train)
• Forklift Certified (will train)

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the specialty coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including cold brewing methods.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to consistently produce highquality brews.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively train and supervise a team of 2
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
