What to expect

As an experienced mathematician, you will take on the role of project lead in the context of providing audit-related consulting services to insurance companies for projects in the areas of process optimization, model validation, Solvency II, and IFRS 17.

You will be responsible for analyzing cash flows and actuarial models, defining market comparisons, and contributing to accounting-related matters.
In addition, you will support special projects, internal audits, and company valuations for insurance companies.

The increasing relevance of ESG and sustainability in the auditing and consulting industry also offers you the opportunity to engage with current issues, laws, and standards, actively shape our consulting approach, and drive it forward independently and in a structured manner.

What you bring
A high level of motivation, curiosity, proactivity, and a team- and solution-oriented approach to work
Successfully completed studies in (business) mathematics and relevant experience in actuarial auditing of insurance companies in the context of HGB, IFRS, and/or Solvency II
Ideally, you have started or completed an actuarial training (DAV) and have relevant knowledge of IFRS 9 and/or IFRS 17
Analytical thinking skills and a willingness to familiarize yourself with complex topics and projects
Very good German and good English skills
