What to expect:

  • Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair at component level for our assemblies and devices, primarily in close collaboration with our development department
  • Coordination and management of the error correction process (8D reports)
  • Development of solution strategies for permanent error resolution
  • Analysis of production data and creation of reports to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential quality issues
  • Participation in the development and implementation of measures for continuous improvement of product quality and process flows
  • Collaboration in interdisciplinary, sometimes international teams for quality improvement measures of our products What we expect:
  • Successfully completed electrical engineering training with a focus on electronics or related field
  • Knowledge in the area of circuit and functional analysis
  • Enjoyment of analytical work
  • High quality and responsibility awareness combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
