Description

The Schwarz IT KG is responsible for the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications as the central IT service provider. This includes providing IT services for Kaufland, Lidl, Schwarz Dienstleistung KG, and Schwarz Zentrale Dienste KG. In order to support the business processes of the departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements from the departments in consultation meetings and collaborates with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your tasks

You will support international IT landscapes with a focus on store merchandise management
You will process and analyze tickets related to your area of expertise
You will act as the interface between IT and the departments for incident, problem, or change management
You will be the contact person for our colleagues in Germany and abroad
You will collaborate with adjacent teams and work on documentation and knowledge transfer within the team

Your profile

You have successfully completed training in the IT field or have a comparable qualification
You have a basic technical knowledge, IT skills, and a good understanding of processes
You ideally have experience in 2nd level support and process knowledge in the area of store merchandise management
