Alkani Delivery Services Inc. isnow hiring
full-time FedEx Delivery Route Drivers in the St. Petersburg, FL area. Drivers will be operating out of the St. Petersburg terminal and will be making deliveries to local residences and businesses in surrounding areas. Our drivers will be operating step vans or box trucks provided by the employer. No CDL required


DELIVERY DRIVING AND BOX TRUCK DRIVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous FedEx Driving experience is a plus

Straight Truck Driving experience is a plus

Pay:

$170-$180 per day, PAID WEEKLY (Final pay rate is dependent on route)

Schedule:
FULL TIME [5 days per week including one weekend day]**
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Arrive at FedEx terminal on time
• Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections
• Operate delivery vehicles safely, securely, and competently
• Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the packages, vehicle, or yourself
• Effectively use GPS to arrive at your destinations efficiently and accurately
• Scanning and logging packages

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Preferred Driving experience, but not a MUST.
• Must be willing to submit and pass a background check
• Must be able to physically manage packages up to 150 lbs
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (PAID BY EMPLOYER)
• Experience is recommended, but not required.
