- Model and instruct professional behavior to team members
- Be firm with decisions
- Become familiar and follow SKC policies and procedures
- Maintain positive working relationships with administration, faculty, staff, supervisors and team members
- Oversee and inspect the tasks and overall performance of the team
- Responsible for the verification of job completion and hours worked of team members
- Perform seasonal outside work as required
- Check and secure buildings at end of shift
- Maintain and upkeep cleaning equipment
- Maintain and upkeep vehicles (check fluids and keep clean)
- Report any additional duties or changes in cleaning schedule
- Assist custodians with cleaning, sanitizing, and dusting as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma/GED
- At least three years of supervisory experience preferred
- Must have the ability to work as a team player and possess good work ethics
- Attend trainings and workshops as required
- Ability to work full regular scheduled shifts and occasional flexible hours
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs
- Current driver's license
- Pass a pre-hire drug test
