    Description

    We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team and support the business management function for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to resource management, contract administration, invoice tracking, and financial analysis. Your work will directly impact the team's operating and project financials.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze financial data with precision, providing support for actuals, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Collaborate with senior management to gather and prepare important documents, ensuring timely follow-ups.
    • Develop an invoice tracking system and enhance third-party contract management processes.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to the organization.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on project resources and financials, influencing annual budget and forecast decisions.
    • Identify efficiencies and automate processes to optimize organizational performance.
    • Investigate trends and troubleshoot anomalies in financial data.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Strong financial planning skills.
    • Analytical mindset.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Previous experience in a business finance role.

    Required Software/Technology:

    • Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data mining, sorting, dashboarding, charts/graphs).

    Preferred Software/Technology:

    • Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Confluence.
