Responsibilities:


As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, fostering brand growth, and driving customer engagement.

Your strategic mindset, leadership skills, and creative vision will contribute to our continued success and expansion.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Help Develop and own the execution of the marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and positions us as the market leader.
  • Run timely promotions to keep the phone ringing and our technicians busy.
  • Keep our call volume high and cost per lead as competitive as possible.
  • Lead initiatives to generate a significant increase in inbound calls, transforming leads into revenuegenerating opportunities.
  • Harness the potential of our existing customer base by implementing strategies to upsell, crosssell, and maximize their lifetime value.
  • Build and execute strategies to acquire new clients, expanding our reach and market share.
  • Outperform competitors by developing strategies that consistently yield a higher volume of inbound calls.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with external marketing vendors to ensure their performance aligns with our growth objectives.
  • Manage the creation of compelling content, advertising campaigns, and other marketing collateral while ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies accordingly.
