As the IT Support Technician 2 you will provide desktop support and system configuration, including troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving issues.
Additionally, you will provide training for faculty, staff and students, network support, and server maintenance and administration.You will have the opportunity to maintain large format printers and laser printers as well as respond to requests for assistance.
