    Atlanta Glass LLC is the industry leader in Frameless Shower Enclosures in metro Atlanta. We also sell, design, and install Closet Shelving Systems, Mirrors, Framed Shower Doors, and Door Hardware. We pride ourselves in the highest quality product, superior craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. We work closely with industry professionals (builders, remodelers, architects, and designers) as well as homeowners. This is an exciting, fast-paced environment, no two projects that we are a part of are the same and everything we design, fabricate and install is custom made.

    What You Can Expect:

    • Provide strategic oversight and execution of marketing initiatives that achieve brand loyalty, business growth, competitive advantage, and market relevance.
    • Plan, direct, implement, and manage all the marketing, advertising, public relations, and promotional activities for Atlanta Glass LLC, driving sales growth and directly impacting long-term profitability.
    • Manage the marketing team in the strategy, development, execution, delivery, and measurement of all aspects of Atlanta Glass LLC marketing program.
    • Engage in continuous evaluation of consumer and market trends and competitor activities; adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace.
    • Track and analyze data to determine effectiveness (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
    • Develop and execute marketing plans for new store openings through large scale awareness and exposure.
    • Stay abreast of changing marketing trends and online marketing techniques and best practices.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
    • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all marketing channels, promotions, and events.
    • Plan, oversee, and negotiate advertising contracts for print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.

    • Strong leadership, and people development skills
    • Strategic mindset with ability to implement short and long-range strategy while achieving day-to-day results.
    Valuable Experience:
    • Prior success in building brand awareness
    • Proven track record of translating business goals into successful marketing strategies with proven positive financial results.
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), including web analytics, such as Google Analytics and Webtrends.
    • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms.
    Experience is compensated accordingly but we are willing to train the right candidate
    Compensation:
    • Competitive base compensation, based on candidate and experience
