Receptionist, Kennel Attendant - Bloomington, United States - The Barking Lot
Description
We are a busy boarding facility that offers daycare & grooming as well. We are looking for a reliable Receptionist & a Kennel Attendant.As Receptionist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling boarding reservations
- Scheduling grooming appointments
- Answering phone calls
- Taking any dogs coming in for daycare to designated play area
- Calling groom appointments with reminders the day before appointment
- Calling vet clinics to check up on daycare/board dogs vaccinations
- Checking in boarders when they arrive
- Checking in/out groom dogs
- Cleaning the lobby & receptionist area
- Cleaning the grooming area when the groomer is done for the day
- Sweeping/Scrubbing dog runs in AM & PM
- Attending to the daycare dogs
- Making sure all water bowls are full at all times
- Poopscooping
- Administer medications to board dogs as needed
- Feeding board dogs breakfast, lunch & dinner
- Cleaning outside daycare areas

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- 8 hour shift
