We are growing and looking for a full-time industrial clerk, tourism clerk, or commercial employee (m/f/d) to join our administration team as soon as possible.

For 20 years, Deutscher Ärzte Service has been a leading company in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated commercial employee or industrial clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Würzburg. This diverse role requires a high level of responsibility and discretion.

Your tasks with us will include organizing and managing commercial and administrative matters, serving as a point of contact for clinics and specialist doctors in plastic and aesthetic surgery, and independently handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing.

You will also support creative projects, such as the development of our social media channels.

Requirements:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as an industrial clerk, tourism clerk, or hotel clerk (m/f/d). Alternatively, you have successfully completed a commercial degree program. You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner. You have excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook. You are curious and able to think analytically. Lastly, you impress us with your strong communication skills in both written and spoken German.
