ROLE SUMMARY
Pfizer and BioNTech's COVID vaccine, COMIRNATY is FDA approved in the U.S for ages 12+. The U.S. market and the anticipated approval of the Formula is critical to the future success of our Vaccines BU.

COVID-19 is continually evolving, as is the landscape.

Educating HCPs on the significant burden of COVID-19 and the importance of COVID-19 protection with COMIRNATY is imperative to helping to protect patients in the future.

With over 576k hospitalizations and 42k deaths due to COVID-19 between Sept 2, 2023 and March 2, 2024, COVID-19 remains a threat to public health.


It's a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires an organized colleague with operational US Marketing experience (vaccines preferred) and the ability to navigate the organization and get things done.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Pull through congress tactics, speaker programs, and other medical education initiatives in collaboration with MedEd/P2P lead
  • The day to day efforts of this role include preparing for upcoming congresses, speaker programs and helping team manage product milestones/changes
  • Support budget management and forecasting for brand
  • Liase with a number of agency partners (congress, med ed and AOR) and RC to create marketing materials that will support brand objectives
  • Continuously measure the impact of field and marketing initiatives, generating early learning, and driving continuous improvement in order to achieve brand objectives
  • Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with a strong adherence to our Values including compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key crossfunctional partners, including but not limited to Field Force Leadership, Sales enablement, CMO, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, ISE and Data Science team

QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, Pharm.
D., Ph.
D. or other related graduate-level degree preferred

  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Strong analytical skills, detail and action oriented, creative, flexible, selfmotivated
  • Previous finance and accounting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences
Nice to Have

  • Vaccines and/or buy and bill business experience
  • 1 year of US Pharmaceutical Marketing experience with experience in the US market
  • Knowledge of OPDP regulations and FDA promotional policy.
  • Ability to quickly develop and evolve effective strategies & tactics based on complex customer insights
  • Experience with the management of external marketing agencies, project plans and budgets
  • Demonstrated understanding of appropriate marketing and medical interactions.
  • Ability to demonstrate a One Pfizer approach and work effectively and collaboratively in a teambased environment with internal/external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse stakeholders without direct reporting relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both in 1:1 environments and larger group settings
  • Proven track record of operating in a fastpaced, highenergy environment
Proven success in influence/negotiation; able to build and maintain productive relationships. Team player who puts the needs of the team above her/his own and can spark JOY.
