We are looking for you for a medium-sized freight forwarding company in the fresh logistics sector at our location in Laatzen in full-time as a dispatcher (m/f/d) for direct placement (no temporary work).

Tasks


Your tasks:


  • Tour planning and driver dispatch for single and multiday traffic
  • Creation and processing of freight documents
  • Calculation of tours
  • Evaluation of trip reports
  • Customer and driver support
This long-term and varied position is exclusively available in full-time in rotating shifts between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.

Qualifications


What you bring:


  • Commercial training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics
  • Experience in dispatching
  • Good knowledge of the logistics/freight forwarding industry
  • Very good computer skills, especially in handling dispatch systems
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Flexibility and willingness to work shifts/weekends
