The housing and management company Waldenburg mbH is the municipal company of the city of Waldenburg for the construction and operation of apartments.

With approximately 300 apartments, it holds a market share of about 20% of the total housing stock in the region.

We are currently looking for a Real Estate Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join our small team in 08396 Waldenburg.


Your responsibilities:

  • Ongoing booking of business transactions
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting
  • Ongoing rental accounting
  • Preparation and execution of payment transactions
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Ongoing account reconciliation

For this exciting role, we expect:

  • Completed commercial training with subsequent further education as a financial accountant
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of HGB accounting principles
  • Ideally, experience in the real estate or construction industry, but not required
  • Good knowledge of accounting software, e.g. Immotion is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Structured and independent work style

Working hours:

  • The position can be filled fulltime or parttime, possibly even in a 4day week. Flextime is also possible.
