We are a school that teaches in an "unconventional" way, with a strong focus on practical, exploratory, and research-based learning. Our students are those who have fallen through the cracks of the traditional school system.

As a small school, we are looking for individuals who have a diverse range of skills and are willing to think outside the box when it comes to education and teaching. They should be able to engage with the unique questions and needs of our students, who are primarily in the field of special education (FS ESE) and may have experienced trauma. They should also be empathetic and socially intelligent, both in their interactions with colleagues and in the classroom when working with support staff. We are seeking team players who can also work independently as teachers.

At our Friedrichshulde gGmbH special education center, life and learning are closely intertwined, as everything is connected. As Homer said, humans are naturally curious and seek knowledge, and schools should therefore be guides and supporters in the best sense of education, recognizing potential and promoting development on all levels.
