- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in a hospital setting required.
- Patient Care:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide patient education on post-operative care, medications, and overall health maintenance.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Actively participate in patient care conferences and team meetings.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
