• Must have people skills.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and write English and Spanish.
• Must be able to work on weekends.
• Must operate PIT.
• Supervise the operation of goods in the warehouse (put away, rotation, and movements).
• Ensure inventory is done in a timely manner.
• Supervise the fulfillment of the production requisition in a timely manner.
• Keep good communication with Purchasing department regarding deliveries out of Tropical Cheese expectations.
• Keep good communication with the Production team to ensure the requisition is submitted on time.
• Ensure the receiving schedule is up to date.
• Keep records of safety and HACCP inspections.
• Keep records of PIT inspections.
• Assign a person that would inspect the PIT.
• Ensure that all PITs are being serviced. Report any malfunction of these units to the appropriate company.
• Ensure the yard is kept in clean condition.
• Ensure the trash is being collected and bins are in good condition
• Support Dry goods warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate cleaning projects before audits.
• Keep Dry goods warehouse SQF records up to date.
• Coordinate personnel vacations and time off to ensure operation keeps running smoothly.
