As an Infant/Toddler Teacher at Achievers Academy, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for infants and toddlers in our care.

You will be responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering positive relationships with children and families, and creating a stimulating learning environment that promotes growth and exploration.

• Develop and implement ageappropriate curriculum and activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Provide responsive and nurturing care to infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration.
• Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and addressing individual needs as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on their child's development, milestones, and daily activities.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay informed about best practices in early childhood education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Uphold the mission, values, and policies of Achievers Academy, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
