Your responsibilities with us are diverse:

  • After an individual training and possible qualification, you will work in 1st level support, serving as the first point of contact for our customers with technical questions and issues related to network and security, Citrix applications, MS Office, and other hardware and software topics
  • In the user help desk, your task is to handle incident reports in a qualified manner. This includes documenting the problem by creating a new ticket and deciding, after a brief analysis, whether you can resolve the issue yourself or if it needs to be forwarded to another department or 2nd level support
  • In the best case, the issue will be one of the typical 1st level incidents, such as a forgotten password, no connection to the VPN, or similar difficulties with software and hardware, which you can resolve directly or provide the user with a clear solution and explanation
