    taff Accountant, Accounts Payable/Receivable

    Direct Hire

    100% onsite

    Relocation not available

    Typical 40-50 hours per week; 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

    "MUST haves"

    1. Bachelor's required or would consider Associate's only if they have strong experience
    2. At least 3 years experience
    3. Will be doing day to day transactional type of work to relieve the Manager so they can focus on bigger responsibilities
    4. General ledger

    Job Purpose

    Responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing financial information, and other accounting duties for assigned areas.

    Key Job Elements:

    · Responsible for journal entries on routine basis

    · Monitor and adjust balances

    · Monitor ERP transactions

    · Review customer spending

    · Account reconciliations for area

    · Manufacturing Accounting/Cost emphasis

    · Provide advanced level reporting upon request

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

    · 3-5 years of experience in an accounting, preferably Manufacturing

    · Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

    · Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

    · Ability to work independently and with teams

    · Experience working in a manufacturing, accounting environment

    · Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail

    · Microsoft Office skills required, expert skills with spreadsheets

    · Strong organizational and analytical skills require
