Full job description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall clerical and administrative support to the HR department
- Assist in the onboarding process
- Organize, update and manage documents
- Sort and distribute weekly paychecks
- Maintain and keep updated all employee trainings internally and through client portals
- Keep track of vacation requests/ approvals
- Answer phones, distribute calls, take messages
- Front desk duties including receiving, unpacking and/or distributing packages & mail
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
- Extremely strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Great work environemnt
