Responsibilities:


  • Provide overall clerical and administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist in the onboarding process
  • Organize, update and manage documents
  • Sort and distribute weekly paychecks
  • Maintain and keep updated all employee trainings internally and through client portals
  • Keep track of vacation requests/ approvals
  • Answer phones, distribute calls, take messages
  • Front desk duties including receiving, unpacking and/or distributing packages & mail

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
