Description

• This seasonal Tax Preparer position requires a strong foundation in accounting, tax experience. Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals.
• Utilize knowledge of financial concepts and public accounting principles to ensure compliance with tax laws
• Perform mathematical calculations to accurately calculate deductions, credits, and tax liabilities
• Utilize software programs and other tax preparation software to analyze financial data and complete tax forms
• Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions and addressing concerns
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive financial data
• Keep uptodate with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax preparation

• Spanish is a must
• Previous experience as a tax preparer or in a related role is preferred
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using tax preparation software
• Excellent analytical skills to accurately analyze financial data
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of corporate accounting principles is a plus
• 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry
