    Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

    Job Summary:

    The Senior Backend Developer is crucial for our development team, focused on creating and maintaining the backbone of our software applications. This role involves designing and implementing server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain scalable and robust backend systems that support web and mobile applications.
    • Design and implement APIs for internal and external use.
    • Foster and maintain a well-organized codebase with modern coding standards.
    • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Implement security and data protection measures.
    • Contribute to the improvement of the continuous integration and deployment processes.
    • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share knowledge across the team.
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies and incorporate them into operations and activities where beneficial.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development.
    • Expertise in server-side languages such as , Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
    • Proficient with database technology such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
    • Experience with cloud messaging APIs and usage of push notifications.
    • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
    • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
