The Customer Service Representative is the engine of Worldcraft Logistics Utilizing a high energy approach, the CSR will clearly identify current customer needs for our service and how they can benefit from partnering with Worldcraft Logistics on every shipment.
Providing excellent customer service is essential in this position. Customer Service, industry experience, and some college coursework preferred but not required.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help manage current customer accounts.
- Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
- Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (is required)
- College Diploma in related field (is a plus)
Education/Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in logistics sales, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Indepth knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry, ocean, air import and export.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resultsoriented and selfmotivated with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to address customer challenges effectively.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Job Type:
Full-time
Salary:
- $19.00 per hour in probation period (3 months)
- $19.50 after probation period
