Our team is growing, and we are looking to add a Full Time
Treatment Coordinator to our long-standing team in
Beverly.
Perfect Smiles has been serving the
Chicago Area for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on the long-standing relationships built at the office level and surrounding communities. We strive to deliver high-quality, compassionate dental care and spend time each appointment to ensure the patient leaves with a smile on their face.
Job Requirements:
- Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist's office
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Maintain patient accounts and records
- Submit patient claims to insurance companies
- Assist patients in filling out required intake and medical forms
- Inform patients of payment options
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments
- Update patient insurance information
- Ensure all dental office equipment is functioning properly
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail
- Fill schedules
- Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance
Preferred Experience:
- Treatment planning
- Insurance verification
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00am 7pm
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: 9:00am 7pm
- Thursday: 9:00am 5pm
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: 9:00am 2pm 1x a month
