Your Responsibilities:

  • Technical and economic responsibility for the implementation of software development projects
  • Planning and operational execution of software development projects
  • Describing project requirements and goals and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Documentation and targeted reporting
  • Determining technical approach in close coordination with architect(s)
  • Identifying, tracking, and addressing project risks
  • Coordinating and managing external suppliers and project partners, as well as internal service providers

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or alternatively a completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience in leading software projects, ideally in IT projects in a government environment or in digitalization of administration
  • Familiarity with common software development processes
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methods and agile development processes
  • Technical understanding for analyzing and evaluating technologies and methods
  • Business and entrepreneurial mindset, as well as customer orientation
  • Strong communication skills with high empathy, reliable, independent, methodical work style, and high selfmotivation.
